Gordon Jones, dean of the College of Innovation and Design, served as a member of the Idaho Broadband Task Force and the co-chair of the report committee. In May 2019, Governor Brad Little established a task force to create a plan for improving broadband level connectivity in both rural and urban Idaho. The committee released its recommendations this month.
