Liam Maher, assistant professor in the Department of Management, published a book chapter titled “Research Methods in Organizational Politics: Issues, Challenges and Opportunities” in the book Research Methods in Human Resource Management. Maher’s chapter reviews the current state of methodological practices employed within the field of organizational politics research and provides suggestions on how scholars can address some of the unique challenges inherent to inquiry in this field.
