Sign up for BroncoFit’s 10 Days of Gratitude starting Nov. 16

Jake Thibodeau is a custodial supervisor and has been with the university for more than 12 years. He has always taken the time to advocate for his staff, and can be found each year testifying before the change in employee compensation committee on behalf of Boise State’s custodians. While this year has been challenging for many reasons, BroncoFit is inviting staff members to come together for some much-needed positivity. Starting Monday, Nov. 16, and as part of Employee Appreciation Week, staff are encouraged to sign up for 10 Days of Gratitude, a daily email sharing positivity, encouragement and related events. Click here to sign up.

Gratitude has been shown to reduce anxiety and depression, strengthen the immune system, improve sleep, increase happiness, and strengthen our relationships with the people and world around us.

If you participated in previous versions of this program, please note that this year’s details have changed. Along with the daily email for 10 days, participants can access physical cards and email headers, Flipgrid videos by fellow staff members and opportunities to provide responses, and access to special events.

Employees who are interested in signing up can begin picking up physical, blank gratitude cards for their co-workers on Monday, Nov. 9, at Human Resource Services or at the Information Desk in the Student Union Building.
