The Division of University Advancement is pleased to welcome two new staff members to its team: director of development of the College of Health Sciences, Megan Orthmeyer, and senior director for donor relations, Margaret Satterlee.
Orthmeyer has several years of fundraising experience, including work with the AGC of Washington Education Foundation, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Seattle, Planned Parenthood of the Greater Northwest and the Hawaiian Islands. Most recently she helped with fundraising for political campaigns with her work with The Scrap Shop of Boise.
Satterlee has multiple years of experience overseeing university events ranging from donor engagement events to a U.S. presidential visit. She returns to Boise State, having worked here previously as director for university events and protocol, where she was responsible for creating events that drove strategic donor and influencer engagement. In her new role, she will strategically lead stewardship engagement with university donors.
