Jenn Mallette, an associate professor in the Department of English, and senior English major Amanda Hawks recently co-authored an article published in a special issue of the “Journal of Writing Assessment,” on contract grading.
The issue included voices from students, teachers, and researchers who tease out implications, possibilities, and challenges of various approaches to grading contracts.
