The Division of Research and Economic Development would like to invite the campus community to attend focus groups convened around a pilot project for proactive recruitment practices at Boise State.
In partnership with Human Resources, the Division will be hosting brainstorming sessions to discuss challenges and successful recruitment methods and tools being used to help grow and sustain research on campus. Human resources would like to pilot a proactive research recruiting plan and would like campus input to assist in the design and implementation of this program. In these pilot programs, the Division and campus participants will be able to help Human Resources orient their practices around current methods used to locate researchers/postdocs/grad students, recruitment efforts, current networks in place, and partnerships with organizations who assist in these efforts.
