Tomas Baiza, director of the Advising and Academic Support Center, will be one of six authors participating in a showcase of the fiction collection, Fire & Water: Stories from the Anthropocene. Rediscovered Books will welcome Baiza and other authors from Oregon, Montana and Alaska for readings of their contributions to the anthology which focuses on the climate crisis and humanity’s impact on the earth. The virtual event will take place at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 7. Registration is online.
