The Human Capital Management project team is announcing a new process for submitting Individual Compensation Payments, also known as “Additional Pay.”
Available immediately, an HR Perceptive Form for ICP’s is required instead of using Manager Self Service in Bronco Hub.
(The Manager Self Service option, with integration, will remain available through May 20.)
Added benefits of the new Perceptive Form include:
- Multiple ICP’s may be submitted for the same employee
- Forms are archived and accessible
- Access to history and comments
The ICP Perceptive Form may be accessed from HR Perceptive Forms in Bronco Hub. These forms will follow the same approval workflow. Visit the form’s job aid to learn more.
