Andrew Finstuen has been named associate vice president for strategic planning and special initiatives and dean of the Honors College. This additional appointment reflects Finstuen’s three years of service on the university’s executive team, including his role as co-chair of the strategic planning process and ongoing implementation effort, as well as his service as the inaugural director of the Institute for Advancing American Values. Finstuen will continue his duties as dean of the Honors College and serve on both the executive team and the deans’s council.
