University support for macOS Ventura now available

The Office of Information Technology now provides support for macOS 13 (“Ventura”) for university-owned computers.

Faculty and staff may contact the Help Desk to arrange an appointment for the upgrade, or can proceed on their own and follow instructions to update to Ventura.

It’s important for users to create a backup of their system before the update, so please reach out to the Help Desk if assistance is required.

Ventura may not support older software or hardware, so those with software that hasn’t been updated in several years, or who have older peripherals or printers should contact the Help Desk for consultation before proceeding with the update.
