Time card and absence errors found in Bronco Hub, approval time extended

A recent software patch has created errors in Bronco Hub related to time cards and absences. Many employees are seeing an error message stating they are not currently set up to use the page and to reach out to their manager. Employees do not need to reach out to their manager.

The offices of Human Resources and Continuous Improvement are working with Oracle, Boise State’s enterprise provider, to quickly identify and fix this error. Once the error has been cleared, employees will be notified and will have until May 30 to enter time. Visit the Bronco Hub training website for a job aid outlining how to edit and submit timecards.
