Baiza publishes essay on writing and identity

Tomás Baiza, director of the Advising and Academic Support Center, recently published an essay in The Talon Review, the literary arts magazine of the University of North Florida. “On Inconvenient Spanglish Characters—Or, How We Don’t Have to Speak in Italics,” focuses on the complex and personal intersections of language, identity and fiction writing. The essay is available in The Talon Review’s latest issue.
