BroncoFit will offer employees and their families two class series in February 2024 to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
Stress Reduction for Families with a Child Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder begins at noon Feb. 7 and continues on Feb. 14, 21 and 28 in NORCO Room 114.
The Diabetes Prevention Program also begins Feb. 7. This series will be held from noon-1 p.m. on Wednesdays through January 2025 in NORCO Room 117.
