Celebrate employee appreciation week and years of service awards April 15-20

Boise State’s annual employee appreciation week is April 15-20 (a Saturday event has been added this year). This is an opportunity to thank colleagues and join the campus community during a series of virtual programs, in-person activities and events.

Years of service

Employees celebrating years of service (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 20 and 35) are listed on the 2024 service recognition award webpage by division. Those celebrating years of service and want to attend the employee appreciation breakfast are asked to RSVP for breakfast. Breakfast details are listed below.

Door prizes

Employees attending events throughout the week will have opportunities to win prizes. Prizes include a parking pass, tickets for events at ExtraMile Arena and the Morrison Center, Cycle Learning Center bike tune-ups and ski or snowboard waxing, and Game Center gift certificates.

Thank a Bronco

Throughout April, extend appreciation to campus colleagues by sending a “Thank a Bronco” message. Each message is sent to the employee and their supervisor. This is a great way to show gratitude to fellow Broncos throughout the year.

Bronco Shop sale

The Bronco Shop is offering employees an extra 75% off clearance items during employee appreciation week.

Free access to the Rec Center

The Rec Center is offering free access for employees April 15-19.

Free and discounted bike rentals

The Department of Public Safety and the Cycle Learning Center are offering free campus cruiser bike rides and 50% off all rentals and during shop hours. Fill out this rental form and stop by the Cycle Learning Center with your employee ID to take a cruiser for a spin or to get 50% off all other rentals.
