Vanessa Fry, research director of the Idaho Policy Institute, presented research to the Urban Institute in Washington, D.C. on Oct. 2.
Fry was invited by the institute – a nonpartisan, nonprofit think tank that carries out economic and social policy research – to speak on the subject of pay for success financing and outcome-based contracting, the subject of her recent publication in Public Administration Review.
