For 28 days, members of the Boise State community are challenged to drink 64 ounces (eight cups) of water per day and track their progress as part of BroncoFit’s most popular employee challenge called Swig 64. The challenge begins on June 14 and ends July 11.
Participants can expect a weekly email with directions, a tracking sheet, in-person and virtual activities, and educational resources. Prizes also will be awarded based on the tracker and points system.
