In 2019 Angela completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Leadership and Education from Northwest Nazarene University.  Her Nurse Executive Advanced Board-Certified credentials were obtained in 2020 from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.  Angela is a Master-Trainer within the TeamSTEPPS program and an integral part of the internal Resource Simulation Team, within her health system, trained by the Idaho Simulation Network in 2018.

Angela served as an adjunct clinical instructor during the 2020-2021 school year at Boise State University.  She will join the full-time faculty of the School of Nursing during the fall of 2021.  Her passion for leadership and training the next generation of nurses is evident in her enthusiastic, engaging teaching style that strives to encourage and challenge her students.
