Boise State Online recognized By U.S. News and World Report for quality educational programming

Boise State University’s online programs received national rankings by U.S. News and World Report for Best Online Programs. These rankings for Best Online Programs follow the recognition of Boise State among the nation’s most innovative universities in 2021, ranking in the top 50 in innovation.

Boise State Online programs were among 1,728 programs surveyed by U.S. News. Only accredited institutions whose programs are offered mostly or entirely online were evaluated.

The rankings measure overall academic quality and look closely at student engagement, technology and services available to online students, faculty credentials and training, as well as factor input from high-ranking academic officials. Boise State’s online programs are the only programs in Idaho ranked in the 2022 U.S. News & World Report for Best Online Programs.

Boise State Online offers 100+ online programs and 900+ unique online courses, allowing students to access higher education in a flexible and supportive environment no matter their location or life circumstances.

U.S. News and World Report rankings call attention to the hard work and innovation across campus to support distance learners. Student success begins with the development of high-quality and applicable courses and programs by the eCampus Center and is paired with expert faculty and personalized support from enrollment and advising staff.

The collaborative efforts across the university allow students from all regions of Idaho and beyond the opportunity to pursue a Boise State degree without leaving their jobs or their communities.
