Associate Degree Admissions

The online associate degree program from Boise State University is designed for entry-level learners looking to get started on their educational journey. The program is designed to be flexible for you with options to customize your degree with credentials and certifications.

To qualify for the associate degree program, applicants must:

Be admissible to Boise State as a degree-seeking student
Not already possess a bachelor’s or associate degree

*Students interested in financial aid are encouraged to apply 1 month prior to these posted deadlines.

To Apply For This Program

Before you apply to the associate degree program, you must be accepted to Boise State University
In the Semester and Major section of the application, select “Associate Degree” as your academic area of interest.
In the Semester and Major section of the application, indicate you are interested in taking courses Entirely through online delivery.

Please note, students are required to meet with a Student Success Coach before being admitted to the program.

Apply To Boise State Online

If you have prior college credits, obtain transcripts through the Registrar’s offices of ALL the universities and colleges that you have attended. Have them emailed to Boise State. You can also get a copy for yourself to reference.

If you have served in the military, please make sure to send your Joint Services Transcript and/or Community College of the Air Force transcript.
