Residency

There are 3,748 total students in Boise State’s online programs, and 1,442 of them are Idaho residents (38%), while 2,306 are from out of state (62%).

Enrollment Level

Boise State offers both graduate and undergraduate programs, and of the 3,748 total online students, 1,477 are enrolled in graduate programs, while 2,271 students are enrolled in undergraduate programs.

Areas of Study

Boise State offers 97 online programs. Twenty-five are graduate-level, 15 are undergraduate-level and there are 57 certificates. They fall into 20 general areas of study including: Accountancy & Business; Applied Science; Cyber; Early and Special Education; Educational Technology; Health Sciences; Healthcare Simulation; Innovation and Design; Integrated Strategic Communications; Interdisciplinary Professional Studies; Literacy, Language, and Culture; Mathematics; Nursing; Online Degree Pathway; Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning; Public Health; Public Service; Radiologic Sciences; Respiratory Care; and Social Work.

In the nineteen areas of study, students can participate either at full- or part-time status.
