For Outside Partners

The HRDSP lab is eager to work with partners from local, state, national, and international communities. We will be particularly interested in offering consultations around planned organizational development and change efforts, as well as human process improvement analysis, interventions, and evaluation. We are also interested in projects related to research and administrative collaboration in strategic academic partnerships. Our Boise State President, Dr. Marlene Tromp, was at G7 Summit in Japan in May of 2023, formalizing an international agreement between US and Japanese institutions and Micron to collaborate on research. The HRDSP lab invites interdisciplinary approaches to research, project work, and associated engagements.
