Interactive Learning Design (ILD) Lab
The Interactive Learning Design Lab at Boise State University’s Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) program focuses on creating, assessing, and publishing highly interactive and engaging learning design artifacts and related research that improve performance in organizations and other adult learning contexts.
Mission
Our mission is to design, develop, and evaluate engaging, interactive training as well as conduct design-based research to improve and inform interactive learning practices.

The ILDLab will be closed in the Summer and Fall 2024 semesters. OPWL students are eligible to apply to become lab members upon completion of at least two OPWL e-Learning classes (OPWL523, OPWL525, OPWL527, OPWL551).
