CLEP Testing at Boise State University

The College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) allows students to earn college credit by exam, save money on introductory courses, and test out of subjects they already understand. Boise State University accepts many CLEP exams for credit. Before scheduling a test, students should consult with their academic advisor.

To review how CLEP exams apply toward Boise State credit, visit the Registrar’s CLEP Credit Equivalency page.

Please note: CLEP exams cannot replace or repeat a Boise State course that has already been attempted.
