Dr. Amy Steele, Planetary Science Institute, will present: "Dead Stars and Rogue Asteroids: Learning about Exoplanets by Ripping Them Apart"

Join the Boise State Physics Department for our First Friday Astronomy Event:
Friday, April 12th, 7:30pm in the Education Classroom Building, Room 112
and Stargazing to follow at 8:30pm (weather permitting). 

Please note, this lecture will be held on the Second Friday of April.

Dr. Amy Steele, Planetary Science Institute, will present: “Dead Stars and Rogue Asteroids: Learning about Exoplanets by Ripping Them Apart”.

The event is free and open to the public.

For those that cannot attend in person, the lecture will be live-streamed on Youtube at boi.st/astrobroncoslive. Those attending the live-stream are welcome and encouraged to ask questions via chat.

After the lecture, we will stargaze in Boise State’s Observatory, weather permitting.
