Founded by a mother whose daughter was killed by a drunk driver, Mothers Against Drunk Driving® (MADD) is the nation’s largest nonprofit working to protect families from drunk driving, drugged driving and underage drinking. SADD

Students Against Destructive Decisions is accomplished by creating, equipping, and sustaining a network of student-run chapters in schools and communities focused on peer-to-peer education. SADD fosters a sense of belonging and promotes resiliency, leadership, and advocacy skills so that young people make positive life decisions that will carry them throughout life.


SAMSHA Talk. They Hear You.

SAMHSA’s underage drinking prevention campaign helps parents and caregivers start talking to their children early about the dangers of alcohol. The “Talk. They Hear You.” Underage Drinking Prevention National Media Campaign empowers parents and caregivers to talk with children early about alcohol and other drug use. Also available in Spanish.


Social Hosting

The Partnership at Drugfree.org and The Parents Translational Research Center at the Treatment Research Institute (TRI) developed this web application and resource to help parents understand social hosting laws in their state.


Stop Underage Drinking
