Dr. Jim Belthoff, the RRC’s Interim Director and a professor of biological sciences at Boise State University, was honored by the Raptor Research Foundation in December 2020 with the Fran and Frederick Hamerstrom Award. This award is presented to “an individual who has contributed significantly to the understanding of raptor ecology and natural history” after being nominated by peers in raptor biology.
