Instructions
Select Student Homepage.

Select Advising and Academic Progress.

Select My Academic Requirements tab. The Academic Requirements Report (AAR) will automatically generate.

The status icons make it easy to identify if a class is Incomplete, Repeated, Taken, In Progress, or Planned.

Requirements that have been fulfilled display collapsed, but you can expand them by clicking on the icon.
Requirements that are not satisfied display expanded. You can collapse these items by clicking on the icon.
Download your Report as a PDF
To view the report as a PDF and print, click the View Report as PDF button at the top of the report to generate a printer-friendly version. You can also request that a printer-friendly PDF version be sent to your BroncoMail account by clicking on the Email Report to Me button.

The PDF version of the report lists the student’s entire course history, including courses that do not satisfy a requirement.

In this video, we’ll walk you through how to access your academic advisement report, also known as your AAR.
The AAR is an online interactive tool for you to track your progress towards graduation.
To get started, first log in to your myBoiseState account. Once you’re in, select Student Center from the My Resources menu.
From your Student Center, click on Advising and Academic Progress. You’ll land on the Academic Requirements tab, where your AAR will be automatically generated.
Once your report appears, you’ll see a series of status icons. These icons quickly tell you if a class is incomplete, repeated, taken, in-progress, or planned.
Any requirements you’ve already met will be collapsed by default. To see the details, just click the arrow on the left side. You’ll also see the word “Satisfied” at the top of that section.
To view the report as a PDF, click on View Report PDF at the top right of the page. This PDF will list your entire course history, including any courses that are not being used to satisfy a degree requirement.
