Katie Fuller, who earned her MFA in poetry from Boise State, sold “Careful,” her first full-length poetry manuscript, to Anhinga Press. Slated to come out in September 2023, “Careful” won the 2022 Anhinga Prize for Poetry, selected by Erika Meitner.
A poet from Maine, Fuller authored the chapbooks “Valve” and “The Greenwood Cemetery.” Her recent work appears in Prelude and is forthcoming in Paideuma: Modern and Contemporary Poetry and Poetics. She studied at the University of Maine and Boise State University, and currently teaches at Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner, Massachusetts.
