The Boise State Ceramics program’s annual sale runs from Thursday to Saturday, December 7 to 9, in the Center for Visual Arts Ceramics Studios, Room 115 at Boise State. Admission is free.

Held for over 40 years, the ADVS Ceramics program sale has become a tradition for many in the Treasure Valley. It features hundreds of original ceramic pieces, from elegant to exotic, made by Boise State students, faculty and alums. This fabulous sale offers the opportunity to purchase locally made and truly unique gifts and keep alums and community members in touch through the alchemic wonders of ceramics!

A portion of the proceeds benefit Boise State’s Visiting Artists in Ceramics program, which brings world-class artists to campus to teach students and the community about contemporary techniques and concepts. Visiting artists from around the country and world perform their magic with clay each semester. The Clay and Fire Sale allows the public, Boise State students, faculty, and staff, to attend these two-day workshops, which are always free.
