Campus Update

Want to see your research and/ or other accolades in the Campus Update email and on the Boise State News Site? Email spscommunications@boisestate.edu with a short, easy to understand description and any relevant links or photos. Submissions are reviewed on a bi-weekly basis.

Website Edits

Please email spscommunications@boisestate.edu with detailed descriptions of the edits needed. Depending on the amount of editing needed, requests will be completed within 1-3 weeks.

*If our team is unable to accommodate your request, we have two cameras that can be checked out on the first floor of the ERB.

Event Marketing

1. Please reach out to Julia Camilli (juliacamilli@boisestate.edu) with your event request first for logistics and planning purposes.
2. Once the event date, time, location and other necessary details are confirmed, please email spscommunications@boisestate.edu.
3. Our team will determine the best method of marketing your event- whether that be a flyer, social media or otherwise.

Please keep in mind that events require a much greater amount of advance notice for marketing requests. Please allow at least one month between your marketing request and event date. Exceptions will be made for certain situations on a case-by-case basis.

Social Media, Print, Digital

Our team will reach out periodically for your content and ideas, and you can also forward any highlights or exciting announcements to spscommunications@boisestate.edu for promotion at the team’s discretion. Thank you!
