Event Marketing
- Please reach out to spscommunications@boisestate.edu and sps-admin-support@boisestate.edu with your event idea/ request.
- Our team will determine the best method of marketing your event- whether that be a flyer, social media or otherwise.
Please keep in mind that events require a much greater amount of advance notice for marketing requests. Ideally, SPS Communications + Marketing would be involved from the initial idea for an event in order to help align the event with department goals and ensure it is well-marketed. For already planned events, please allow at least one month between your marketing request and event date. Exceptions will be made for certain situations on a case-by-case basis.
Our team will reach out periodically for your content and ideas, and you can also forward any highlights or exciting announcements to spscommunications@boisestate.edu for promotion at the team’s discretion. Thank you!
