Heidi Reeder is a Carnegie Foundation award-winning professor and Director of the Leadership Certificate Program. She holds degrees in Communication from the University of Oregon (B.S.), Stanford University (M.A.) and Arizona State University (Ph.D.). Her scholarship focuses on the factors associated with satisfying and lasting personal and professional relationships, with an emphasis on gender and commitment.
