Aerospace Day 2020 Timeline
| December 2019 | Educators Apply to Participate in Aerospace Day |
| Dec. 23, 2019 | Application closes |
| Jan. 2019 | Committee reviews applications if applicant pool exceeds event capacity* |
| Mid-January | Applicants receive notification; Accepted educators confirm participation |
| Feb. 26 | Aerospace Day 2020 at Boise State (8 a.m. to 2 p.m.); Registration for PD course opens |
| March 4 | Participant Surveys due |
| March 18 | Substitute teacher & bus transportation invoices due if school/district is receiving financial support |
| March 30 | PD Credit assignments due; Last day to register for PD course |
| *if capacity is not met during application window, application will be re-opened on a rolling basis in January 2020 |
