Use this form to report incidents of discrimination and/or harassment (including violations of Title IX) to the university. The Office of Title IX and Institutional Equity receives and reviews all complaints and routes them to the appropriate university administrator for investigation. It is the policy of Boise State University to comply with all federal, state and local authorities requiring non-discrimination, please see Notice of Non-Discrimination for more information
