Campus Resources for Students
Most students who consider committing an act of academic misconduct have other stressful situations in their lives. If you are experiencing challenges, personal or academic, please refer to the “Caring for You” document, the extensive resource manual, or contact The Office of the Dean of Students and ask for a student support appointment at (208) 426-1527. You may also find it helpful to speak openly with your faculty or TA about any questions or challenges you have with the course.
Below are some academic resources that many students have found helpful during their time at Boise State.
- The Boise State Writing Center provides in-person appointments, drop-in meetings as available, and online writing consultation. The Writing Center also has variety of resources such as citation handouts and grammar tutorials.
- The Boise State Albertsons Library has extensive resources, including over 100 how-to videos, to help with citation and research in any discipline. Librarians are available to assist you in person or via an online chat.
- Advising and Academic Enhancement facilitates a wide array of “academic success resources” in addition to academic advising.
