How to Get Started

Unified Strategic Planning works most effectively when a department, unit, or program starts with collectively identifying future goals before moving on to more in-depth work on enrollment or marketing.  As such, it is recommended that work first starts with Project Coordinator for Academic in the Office of the Provost.
