Cynthia Curl Receives Publicity on Research on Pesticides in Food

Cynthia Curl, assistant professor in the School of Allied Health Sciences Department of Community and Environmental Health, was quoted in an article on ecowatch.com about the new CNG designation for foods that are “Certified Naturally Grown.” Curl noted that eating organically grown fruits and vegetables can make a difference in the amount of pesticides in our bodies.
