Takes Position at Southwest District Health
Rachel Phinney, former graduate student with CAHL, received her degree in Master of Health Science in Health Promotion in May 2020. Since graduating, Phinney has taken a position as an epidemiologist with Southwest District Health, where she works as a contact tracer for the COVID-19 pandemic.
