Review Board Complaints
Overview
University students, staff members, and administrators may file complaints against any ASBSU officer for violating ASBSU code, the ASBSU Constitution, their job description, or other governing documents. Complaints will be filed with the Associate Vice President of Ethics Affairs (AVPEA). Once a complaint is received, the AVPEA is responsible for forwarding it to the appropriate individuals. The complaint process is described in full detail in ASBSU’s Judicial Code, available on our Governing Documents web page.
Submitting a Complaint
If you would like to submit a complaint, please begin by contacting the Associate Vice President of Ethics Affairs using the asbsuethics@boisestate.edu email address for guidance. You will be provided with the resources and information needed to follow the proper complaint submission process.
