The Master of Athletic Leadership (MAL) Program inspires positive change in sport and develops future leaders in athletics. We pursue our mission by cultivating educational excellence, building community partnerships, promoting ethical and inclusive organizations, and supporting the future of Boise State University. We empower our graduates to challenge the status quo and transform the world of sport and athletics as reflective, collegial, collaborative, and solution-oriented leaders.
