Program Level Learning Outcomes
Participants completing the Master of Athletic Leadership program will be able to:
- Construct a leadership philosophy and vision for establishing an inclusive, ethical, and progressive sport organization;
- Create a strategy for managing a healthy sport organization;
- Foster engaged, informed, and critical dialogue related to sport; and
- Reflect on leadership practices at the individual, interpersonal, and organizational levels.
