Software: LAS X Lightning Expert

Leica THUNDER Imager

The THUNDER Imager Model Organism fluorescence stereo microscope combines a large field of view with high image quality for thick samples. Z-scans through the entire volume of a fish or other small organism is possible due to the removal of out-of-focus signal with instant computational clearing and adaptive deconvolution.
Illumination Source: Leica LED3. >3000mW white light output; 390-680nm wavelength range.
Filter Sets: DAPI, GFP, mCherry, and CY5.
Camera: DFC9000GT sCMOS monochrome. 4.2 MP chip; 2048-2048 pixels, 6.5×6.5 µm pixel size.
