Public Safety Resources

We are excited to welcome students who enrolled for in-person classes back to campus beginning Jan. 19. In light of national events, we want to assure you that Boise State is approaching the start of the semester with an elevated level of care, attention and heightened awareness. The safety of our students, faculty and staff is our top priority, and our public safety department has a close working relationship with law enforcement partners at the local, state and national level and we are monitoring this situation closely.

As we begin spring semester, please remember that a number of campus resources are available to you.

Rave Guardian Safety App allows you to submit reports or contact Public Safety directly through the App. You can also set a safety timer to notify designated contacts while walking across campus or downtown.

Security Escorts are available for anyone on campus by contacting 208-426-6911.

Emergency Blue Light Phones, when activated, will contact campus security dispatch.

Bronco Alert will notify users by text, call or email in emergency situations.

Public Safety officers are available 24/7.

In case of emergency, call 911, activate a blue emergency phone on campus, or call the Department of Public Safety at (208) 426-6911.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Public Safety at (208) 426-6911.
