Honoring Choices: Advance Care Planning

Boise State University is a community partner with Honoring Choices Idaho.

Often times we think of advance care planning as something for older populations, but it is for all adults, including those that are healthy. It involves thinking and talking about future healthcare decisions if you had a sudden event like a car accident or an illness that left you unable to make your own decisions. We will use a nationally recognized program to guide our session.
