BUILD Certificate
We believe that building more inclusive learning and working environments requires investment over time. Similarly, becoming a leader in this work is a journey that we choose to undertake rather than a destination that we reach. The BUILD Certificate recognizes campus employees who have demonstrated their commitment to that journey. In particular, the certificate honors an employee’s dedication to:
- working collaboratively to create a more inclusive Boise State,
- intentionally learning and developing the skills and knowledge needed in that work, and
- becoming a campus leader who is better prepared to promote and support inclusion and diversity efforts.
