About Us
BUILD (Boise State Uniting for Inclusive Leadership Development) helps all Boise State employees become leaders who are better prepared to foster a diverse, inclusive, and equitable campus environment.
BUILD grew out of a certificate program originally launched by the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) in 2017. While the BUILD Program has been an independent office since 2020, we continue to partner closely with the CTL. The BUILD Program reports to the Vice Provost for Community Engagement and Belonging.
Campus locations
The BUILD Program is located in Room 315 of the Interactive Learning Center. It is co-located with the Center for Teaching and Learning to reflect and support the continued partnership and close collaboration between the two units.
