About Us

In support of Boise State University’s Blueprint for Success, the BUILD Program is committed to fostering learning and working environments where every community member can thrive! As we believe this work must be a collective effort, our primary focus is helping employees develop the skills, strategies, confidence, and connections they need to be effective leaders in this work!

To that end, the BUILD Program designs and facilitates workshops, dialogues, communities of practice, book circles, 1-on-1 consultations, and other programs intended to support Boise State employees in deepening our knowledge and developing the necessary skills to improve educational access, student success, and employee well-being across our institution.

The BUILD Program reports to the Vice Provost for Community Engagement and Belonging.
