Student Stockroom Employees

What are stockroom employees?

Stockroom employees are here for all students in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. They assist academic students by preparing laboratory reagents for each class section and are available inside the stockroom to answer their questions, provide glassware, and more. They are able to help research laboratory students by being a guide who can answer questions and to loan out materials for use. Finally, stockroom employees assist Lab Service Coordinators and the Lab Manager in special projects to keep the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry moving smoothly.

Course Requirements

  • Completion of General Chemistry I & II (Chem 111 and 111L, Chem 112 and 112L)
  • Preferred: Completion of Analytical (211 & 212) and Organic Chemistry (307, 308, 309, & 310)
