You (yes, you!) are always welcome in the University Singers choir. You can spot a staff member from the Mathematics Department singing nearby a piano performance undergraduate, or an associate dean harmonizing with an educational development specialist. Our senior-most chorister is a retired community member, and our lowest bass is a chemistry major with a biochemical engineering emphasis.

We designed University Singers to be a manageable time commitment with only two weekly rehearsals on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 – 5:45 p.m., and two or three performances each semester.

Contact our new director Richard Hutton at richardhutton@boisestate.edu if you are interested to join this choral community beginning in the Spring semester. For our final concert, we will join our other choral ensembles to perform Margaret Bonds’ “Credo” with the Boise State Symphony Orchestra in the Main Hall of the Morrison Center.
