Facilities
The Center for Orthopaedic & Biomechanics Research is located in the Ron & Linda Yanke Family Research Park.
Our facility makes it possible to engage in both clinical & sport performance research as well as provide service based programs. The center piece of the facility is a 1200 sqft motion capture area equipped with an 8 camera Vicon motion capture system, 4 in-ground force plates, and an EMG system. The data collection space is configured in such a way that we can accommodate a variety of locomotive protocols. In addition, our new mobile gantry system allows us to collect data over a variety of simulated terrains.
