Services

One of the strategic objectives for Boise State University’s Center for Orthopaedic & Biomechanics Research (COBR) is to foster collaborative scientific research within the university community as well as with external partners. Due to the interdisciplinary nature of COBR we have an unique set of skills and expertise along with access to a variety of specialized software and hardware.

COBR is collaborating with a number of different businesses in the region to develop and provide innovative services for the Treasure Valley community. The common theme across these collaborations is the integration of COBR’s research capabilities with clinical and sport performance expertise in the Treasure Valley. Our services have included Clinical Gait Analysis in partnership with St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital, Bike Fitting, and Golf Swing Analysis.

Research Approval/Facilities Request

For those who would like to engage in a research project, use COBR facilities for an academic course or university-sponsored event, or request specific work/training with the help of COBR personnel, please see our Research Approval/Request Forms for more information on collaborating.
