The Computer Science department received a $1 million grant in November 2013 from Idaho department of Labor with $280,000 matching funds from local companies MetaGeek, Clearwater Analytics, CradlePoint, Focus IP Inc., Hewlett-Packard, Impact Sales Inc., Keynetics and WhiteCloud Analytics Inc. The grant allows the department to hire three lecturers and supporting staff to help double the number of graduates.
